Requirements for Shops

In order to be connected to CNP Processing GmbH your online shop must comply with the following requirements:

1. All the information presented ony our website site must be complete and authentic, in particular - actual and legal address, phone number and e-mail address for provision of supplemental information to buyers.
2. There must be described rules for making purchases and payments, refunding clients’ money in case of online shop’s errors, as well as restrictions on purchase or delivery of goods.
3. There must be provided detailed description of goods/services giving clear view of purchased items in order to prevent return of purchased goods/services due to misunderstanding of their description,
4. Online shop must make sure that clients fill in forms correctly upon registration in order to prevent errors and return of money.
5. Activities of online shop must be legal and must not violate any ethical or legal requirements.
6. Internet shop must consult buyers on making payments; CNP Processing GmbH will consult shop’s employees on processing payments.
7. The clinet's card details must only be accepted on pages protected by CNP Processing GmbH.
8. Logo of CNP Processing GmbH must be displayed in online shop’s pages.
