We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- In-depth knowledge of Visa/Mastercard.
- Analytical skills to translate complex processes into understandable materials for a variety of audiences.
- Experience and ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Develop and plan training programs, including selection of training providers, methods and formats;
- Organizing and coordinating training events for employees;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training, collecting feedback from participants in training events and using it to improve the quality of training programs.
- Analyze training results and prepare reports on the achievement of targets by trainees.
